Rashika Maharjan is a Junior Clinical Embryologist who is learning and growing day by day in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). She works under the guidance of senior embryologists, supporting routine IVF laboratory procedures with care, accuracy, and dedication.
Her role includes assisting in IVF and ICSI procedures, handling gametes and embryos under supervision, monitoring embryo development, and maintaining proper laboratory documentation. She is gradually developing skills in embryo culture, grading, semen processing, and cryopreservation techniques.
